At $14.95 for every 15 minutes of technical services, we believe we provide the best value for our highly skilled professionals to resolve your issues. Trust our certified professionals to get your system working in the right way.
What can you guarantee?

We guarantee that we will resolve your computer problem for 72 hours. If the same issue comes back within that time, we will resolve the issue at no charge or your money back.
How many ways can I make a payment?

You have 3 options to get started:

1. You can go to our web page under “pay online” and submit a major credit card for automatic billing. You will receive a confirmation number. Call our 800-880-6815 with the confirmation number and you will be directed to a support engineer.

2. Call 800-880-6815 and provide your method of payment and you will be directed to a support engineer.

3. Call 800-880-6813 and set up an account with us through our billing department. Each time you call for support, you will need to provide the account number and you will directed to the support engineer.

  Why do I have to pay for the initial support of $14.95 before I even know if you can help me?

We experience a high volume of calls on a daily basis that covers a wide range of technical issues. Our certified and experience engineers are only able to assist serious inquiries to our customer's problems. We have many support engineers that are experts in different areas due to their years of experience and certifications. In a rare event that we are not able to help you or direct you to your solution, we will refund your initial charge of $14.95.
What is the advantage of setting up an account?

By providing a billing account with us, you can quickly be forwarded to a support engineer every time you call for service. You would also meet the requirement to have a support contract at a discount rate
How long does it usually take to fix my problem?

Of course, this depends on your problem but most of our calls are within an hour.  This usually depends on what tools we use and how long it takes to run those tools.
How do I know that my machine is secure with your accessing it?

You have the ability to end the session at any time. You are in control. We can only access your machine when you give us permission to do so by logging in with your security code.

I have a new office, can you help me set up my computer network?

Yes, we have an installation division that can handle new installation projects from PC’s, applications, servers and networks. All installation work is guaranteed for 5 days. We are able to serve throughout the United States.  Please call 800 449-6813 for the nearest service center in your area.

What if you need to be onsite to fix my problem?

If our support engineers are unable to resolve your issue remotely, we are able to dispatch the nearest support engineer to be onsite. Please refer to our pay online page for on site rates.

Do you have support contracts?

We do offer support contracts and most of the available services depends on your location, please contact our office and one of our business specialist will get back with you and go over all your options.

How do I get charged and what method of payment is available to me?

What are your business office hours?

Our business office hours are Mondays through Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm.  Our online technical support is available 24 hours a day.
