I make a payment?

automatic billing. You will receive a confirmation

method of payment and you will be directed to a support

account with us through our billing department. Each
time you call for support, you will need to provide the
account number and you will directed to the support

Why do I have to pay for the initial support of $14.95
before I even know if you can help me?
We experience a high volume of calls on a daily basis
that covers a wide range of technical issues. Our
certified and experience engineers are only able to
assist serious inquiries to our customer's problems. We
have many support engineers that are experts in
different areas due to their years of experience and
certifications. In a rare event that we are not able to
help you or direct you to your solution, we will refund
your initial charge of $14.95.

By providing a billing account with us, you can quickly
be forwarded to a support engineer every time you call

How long does it
usually take to fix my problem?
