minutes of online technical support. Once your technical issue
has been resolved, our automated system will calculate the total
minutes spent by our support engineer online while fixing your
computer problem.
Online Computer Support
In order to speak to one of our certified and experienced
computer experts, you will need to purchase our initial service
of $14.95 for 15 minutes of online technical support. The total
time spent on your computer issue will be calculated and
processed at the conclusion of the work order. If we are unable
to help you, you will receive a refund of $14.95 back to your
credit card.
